A.L. over at Reality Refracted has a recent post on villain strengths and weaknesses that got me thinking. In the course of making a villain generator, though, I ended up making a general faction leader generator: so these can be villains, patrons, people you have to schmooze, PCs????, or something else entirely. It may work as a faction generator more generally, but is probably too specialized a tool for that.
