Kneipen & Knappen (pdf, gdoc) is an updated and prettified version of Tombs & Taverns - a set of procedures for collaborative fantasy worldbuilding and Free Kriegspiel play in the product of that. It's seven pages, which is at least 6.5 more than it needs to be, but I have no regrets. If for some reason you play it, let me know!

This is a really great document! Question: do I pronounce the "k"?
ReplyDeleteAccording to Wiktionary - which I'll trust over my own very sketchy ability to pronounce German - I'll say "yes, unless it's fun to go with just n." :)
ReplyDeleteProbably more fun to go with the k anyway - like overpronouncing the w in "whisk" and "whilst" when you whant to be whimsical.
